RMB Asset Management International Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and is a member of the FirstRand Group.

RMB Asset Management International respects its customers’ privacy and does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding its customers to any third party, except where the customer has specifically consented to RMB Asset Management International doing so, and then only to the extent as permitted by the customer. Any personal information given to RMB Asset Management International will be held with proper care and security in accordance with the provisions of the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act 1998.

Use of information
RMB Asset Management International will not collect any personal information about individuals, except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals and as may be reasonably required by it. Except where the customer has specifically consented to RMB Asset Management International doing so:

Except as otherwise agreed by the customer, RMB Asset Management International will only use its own data processing facilities to process its clients' personal information.
